The inspection is always free. On larger scopes we charge for the written Xactimate estimate — and credit it back to your project in full when you hire us. We tell you the fee before we start, never after.

Your claim needs a scope
An adjuster works from a line-by-line estimate. Without one, you are negotiating against a number somebody else wrote. We write yours in the same software.
